RESEARCH
The Lab regards itself as an experimental hub of interdsiciplinary collaborations ans as such hope to be part of the building of collective knowledge.
On one hand we would like to bring the creative capacities of MOME closer to international research on the other we are aiming at being the bridge between research directions and results and implement them into local academic work.

Currently we are taking part in a European Union funded 7th Framework program for Research and Technological Development together with 14 other partners from 6 countries. The project, which worktitle is 'Terence'  is aiming at developing interactive books (adaptative learning systems) for 7-11 year old children with text comprehension difficulties, who may also live with poor hearing or are completely deaf. The Lab is responsible for the visual content both in terms of illustrations and the user interface.
